We are definitley serious. We have been talking about this for so long, and we have finally realized that if we want to see modern, green housing options in our area, we are going to have to help make it happen. Right now we are working on the 'market research', basically asking our peers what they would like in an ideal neighborhood etc., and we are looking into land. Once we get a better sense of what others are interested in, we will have a better idea of the scale of the project. I think it will be fun. Hopefully we'll get a chance to see each other soon and we can talk more about it. Send my best to Darren.
