The Writer

Harper is learning to write letters. Check out her latest writing samples. Here's her "Writing Process": she tells me what she wants to write, I write it on a paper and post it on her magnet board at "artist table". I sit with her as she writes and explain how each letter is made. She follows my direction with minimal help (s's are still tough for her...)






And here are a couple of her latest drawings. The first is a picture of Rylee and Harper (left to right) and the second is another favorite subject of hers: flowers. Note the green stems and colorful tops.
